Two Syllable Names for Girls

As unique word names pop up more and more in the media by way of celebrity babies, the door is opened for all sorts of adjectives as names. Splendid would make for an unexpected and unusual virtue name for either a boy or a girl.

Many African names can be used for both sexes, as is the case with Chibuike. There are no stats on usage in Nigeria, Chibuike's country of origin, but in the US it is used more often for boys.
