With 10 members of the “Lily” family in the US Top 1000, and several “-ana” names ranking highly, Liliana certainly makes a stylish and on trend choice for a baby girl today. 
If you want your Lily to stand out however, Lillia, Lilium, Lilias and Lilibet are currently less popular options. Alternatively, Anneliese, Liviana, and Linnea could be worth exploring.
